Ahh, the Disney World Monorail. There is no more awesome mode of transportation than this! This postcard showing the Castle in the background is quite an achievement in positioning. I need to study the maps to try and figure out where this photo was taken. The facts so far for that would be: outside the Magic Kingdom (duh!) but at what height? Being that it shows some of Tomorrowland, perhaps someone was on top of the bus station canopies…? Or a long lens from the Contemporary Resort? In any case, the photo shows dozens of reasons to love Disney World.

It’s a cut-out postcard so I had to put it on white paper to scan.
If you’re ever in Disneyland Paris and want to send a cut-out postcard (so basically one following the shape of the object, rather than it being squared like a normal one) I would advice to put it in an enveloppe because the French mail tends to not react terribly well otherwise (and you’d have to stick an extra stamp because it’s non-standard size).
