My mom and I way back in 1994 at MGM Studios. I can’t remember what used to be in that Aladdin building, but it’s the Playhouse Disney stage show now.
(Wednesday put us at…) 67 Days ‘till Disney!
This memory was shared by Mama:
“‘Jasmine smiled at ME!’ - Anna”
Like most other little girls in 1994, my favorite Disney princess was Jasmine. I thought she was the end-all when it came to Disney princesses and I idolized her. So when we were in Disney World, at the (then) MGM Studios, we had to see Aladdin’s Royal Caravan Parade. Well, when Aladdin and Jasmine rode by on an elephant, I’m pretty sure I must have had a fit. Anyway, I vaguely remember seeing Jasmine turn to where we were standing, and she smiled and waved. Maybe she was, maybe she wasn’t, but in my 5 year old eyes Princess Jasmine waved to ME. I was so excited about it that my mom made a copy of the picture she had taken of the moment and got it framed for me.
This is definitely one of my favorite Disney memories!

I totally saw this show when it was still at Disney World.
