The look on his face as he enjoys his masterpieces reminds me of the look on my face when I enjoy the attractions at Magic Kingdom. There will be times when the park is open until 3am, and my family decides they can’t go on past midnight, so I go around by myself. It’s so relaxing and perfect. I just look at things and appreciate the details. I enjoy things like Enchanted Tiki Room and Hall of Presidents the most during this time.

The good ol’ days. $10 bucks to get into the park for the evening and got to hear/see some great old groups, too. Wish I had a way to upload my old 8mm home movies of this event.

Walt Disney doing a little fishing. In Disneyland’s early days, the Rivers of America were stocked with fish. Kids could rent a rod and, if lucky, catch a fish to take home! That attraction was phased out, fairly early on.

(Part 1)

This is an amazing interview a friend of mine posted on facebook.  It is an interview with Lillian Disney, their Daughter Diane, and granddaughter, in Epcot.  It’s just great to hear things from their point of view.
